We provide training courses to meet the needs of both standard operators and system supervisors of both our Agency Software and Staffbank Software. We also undertake one-to-one training to give complete confidence to those unfamiliar with the Windows environment. We supply a training database as part of our standard installation. This can be regularly and easily updated from the live data and allows self training and exploration of all features with the complete security of not effecting the business data.

In addition to standard telephone and email support we also offer online support which allows us to see your  screen in real time. We use this to quickly teach users about new features, refresh a user's knowledge of occasionally used functionality within the program and discuss future features and enhancements. We can also offer 24 hour fault reporting with unique incident references.
