An all-inclusive wide range of reports to fill all needs. These are designed and updated on a monthly basis as part of the AvaPA service support contract.

Reports

Reports can very easily be produced in a number of different formats and categories. Categories that reports can be grouped into include:

  • Daily
  • Date to Date
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
  • Quarterly
  • Yearly
  • Invoice
  • Payroll
  • General  

The operations team also have the ability to create their own reports with the simple report designer. For example a report could be created for a specific client, to show how many agency staff they have been taking on each week, and their total outgoings.

In a similar way, already existing reports can very easily be customised in many different ways to make them more specific. Various reports can also be popularised to allow them to appear first in the search bar where necessary.

The software also supports straightforward cut and paste formats, enabling text and additional pop up information to be easily copied between reports and external documents.

The reports can run without affecting other users of the operational team and are accessible at all times.

Invoice and Pay reports

There are a hundred various payroll and invoice reports, enabling a large selection, and the opportunity to meet almost every clients need. If an individual client is hiring just a single member of staff for an event then a straightforward individual invoice can be accessed for this, if on the other hand a large company is hiring a number of staff on multiple days, an invoice can just as easily be accessed and individually tailored for this purpose. This saves a lot of time in the long run and saves having to create individual invoices for every single client.

Proof of just how well this is working is that some of our customers have reduced payroll and invoice queries to below half a percent of invoices and payslips.
