What are the IP ranges required by our firewall?
Answer

We now use ISL online:

Support sessions are connected securely via ISL online servers

For firewalls, websense or other Internet access blocking software or hardware, then please contact your IT department to enabled you and any members of the user group or users who qualify for free online support to access the following:

  •  allow TCP Port 7615 Outgoing to *.islonline.net also you will need to open ports 443 and 80 
  •  allow *.islonline.com also please.
