Very occasionally there are problems connecting to GoToAssist. This is true especially in larger organisations where corporate firewalls are from time to time re-configured. To check if this is the reason why you cannot connect or to establish a better connection: please go to the following page on the GoToAssist web site and run the wizard selecting version 8
