What are the online support settings to enable live desktop support

We now use ISL online:

If you have a firewall, websense or other internet access blocking software or hardware, then please contact your IT department so that the following can be be enabled for you and any members of the user group or users who qualify for free online support:

  •  allow TCP Port 7615 Outgoing to *.islonline.net also you will need to open ports 443 and 80 
  •  allow *.islonline.com also please.
