In the August 2011 update of Ava, one of the additional reports is the AWR status (Agency Worker Regulation or Agency Worker Directive) for each employee provided to any selected hirer. The reports calculates the block periods for the legal entity (in the case of NHS hospitals it the Trust and not the site).
The report will give the status of each worker as if the regulation was in place now, but once 1st Oct 2011 has passed it will give the actual status of each worker, keeping in mind that the calculations run from 1st Oct 2011.
The report will be provided as part of the secure customer web pages which the authorised customer can log into and view real time at any point.

These reports are clearly within the perview of the data protection act. Please take all relevant care to ensure that any copying or transmission of these reports does not constitute a breach of this act.
