The following functions can be made accessible to users of the
Ava web interface:
Employees may:
- See and update personal information such as contact numbers and
addresses
- See and update personal availability
- See job offers
- Accept their own timesheet entries as valid (must be approved
by a manager also)
Managers may be individually configured to:
- Place unauthorised requests for individually selected
locations
- Place authorised requests for individually selected
locations
- Authorised unauthorised requests for individually selected
locations
- Schedule available employees for authorised requests
- Approve timesheet entries as valid (must be approved by
employee also)
Supervisors for the web application may be configured to carry
out some or all of the following processes:
- Authorise other users for selected access as above
- Configure custom messages, rules and validation
