Staff scheduling for Agencies

This report compliments reports 10770 and 10035 and give Names, skills, shift by shift availability and primary contact numbers. It is an alternate to the day availability or on call report. This report is useful for small and medium size agencies where a single on call consultant has a list of booking so they can respond quickly to a call diverted to their mobile whist away from an internet connected PC. It is on the day to day tab.
To conserve space, abbreviations are used to signify the employee's schedule for a specific shift:

• Y: Yes is available
• N: No is not available
• B: Booked into a client
