How to record payments made to Suppliers and others in Sage Instant Accounts

It can be helpful (especially when setting a system up) to be able to see all relevant data that is reproduced on a complete range of invoices on a single report. This report gives all the invoice details: Customer name, department, invoicing address, shift dates, times, order references, rates and amounts sorted by customer. All these details are shown on a single line. This report is not designed for printing, it is designed for viewing in Microsoft Excel or Sun Open office on a computer display where the viewing panes can be split, columns widened or hidden.
