Buying Solutions single file upload of all AIMS data is provided as standard by Ava to all of our NHS approved agencies. The process is time consuming and therefore costly when done on a shift by shift basis. Ava Pa can be setup to do a bulk export in about the same time as it takes to do one or two manual shift by shift upload runs. Thereafter a few clicks achieve the entire Buying Solutions upload. The instructions for providing the data necessary (as supplied by Buying solutions) is incorrect in at least one respect. The new article in the link below show the steps necessary to correctly set up this data. It replaces the article previously available here.
