Ava has wide range of user defined features for Temp staff or Staff bank provision. One of these is for user defined lists associated with bookings. These can be configured to hold the requirements for transport to and from a job for workers without transport or when public transport is unavailable or inappropriate.
To set up the list of drivers:
From any record card: select setup, fixed text from the main menu.

From the fixed text menu, select 'User booking choice 1'

In the resulting window, Rename 'User booking choice' as 'Deliver',
'Driver to' or any (short) title you choose denoting that the
purpose is to allocate transport to the worker to allow arrival
before the start of the shift.

Click on the blank text (add new) button and type in the text box, 'Required'. Repeat for the driver names.
Click the tick button.
Repeat this for 'User booking choice 2' with a 'Collection', 'Return' or 'from' title. Add 'Required'. Repeat for the driver names.
Enable these columns for the users who need them.
(Columns are enabled on a user by user basis as (for example) accounts or a user solely concerned with taking requirement or processing timesheets would not want the clutter of unnecessary, unused columns.)
Either:
Use the menu: View, bookings, Display columns

Or right mouse click on the blue area above the list.

Tick the column name entry for the titles you have used.
The bookings list will now display the new columns
Double click on the cell in ether 'deliver' or 'return' columns for
the shift row. A drop down list will now allow you to select
'required', the drivers name, or cancel.

Report number 10538 on the date to date tab will display the date (as a heading), Driver allocated, Job (deliver for shift / collect after shift), Time to arrive at customer by, Time to collect after shift end, Passenger name, Customer name, from address, from postcode, to address, to postcode.
As with any report:

You may rename it and mark it as a preferred report (so it comes at the top of the list of reports)
