ESR (Electronic Staff Record System) is a vanilla HR system supplied to the NHS by McKesson. AvaPA and ESR can exchange information using reliable easy to use agreed file formats. AvaPA has a specialized module which greatly simplifies ensuring that the entries in ESR and AvaPA consistently refer to the correct employees, and highlights when new employees or employee posts (assignment numbers) are added.
The export from ESR is achieved by taking the NHS Organisational Profile Analysis – Staff List report, removing all columns with the exception of:

You will then need to develop a system of restricting the records to just Bank Nurses. This can be done by either adding a condition to the report that does it at source, or adding an additional column that would allow this to be sorted and edited within Excel.
