AvaPA FAQ - How do I enter a booking request?
Answer

< CTRL + R > opens the request screen.

Select the location, department, and skill required. The options for Shifts and times will automatically be displayed.

Select the Number of persons required. 

Click on the "Add Requirements" green cross icon at the bottom left of the window, or double click on the last point at which you have entered information about the new requirement. The selected details are placed into the top part of the requirements window together with a unique booking reference. The details may be edited further if required or the entry cancelled.

Saving an Employer Request:
Confirm with the Employer that the details are correct (in the top part of the window).  If they are click on the "save" icon and the Employer request is then loaded automatically into the Diary screen.
Removing an Employer Request:
Highlight the requirement in the top part of the window that is incorrect and click on the "remove requirement" icon at the bottom of the window.
