Change the order notes appear

Occasionally we get asked: "I've just added a note and it did not come at the top of the list". By default Ava notes are displayed in descending date order: newest or most recent at the top. Ava Pa has two types of notes: pinned notes which always appear at the top of the list, i.e. displayed first and unpinned notes which follow in order as they get older and less relevant. An example is below.

In this example two notes have been pinned. Pinned notes are highlighted in yellow to make them stand out more as befits their importance.

Notes can be pinned or unpinned by selecting them and then clicking on the pin button or the crossed out pin button respectively. The pinned note may be displayed by themselves by clicking on the "Pin" tab as opposed to the "Date, Pin" tab. Pinned notes also appear when you hover over someones name in a shift entry.
