The more recent service packs and patches from Microsoft combined with the most stringent security settings mean that the Tapi (Telephone) library used by Ava Pa may not be accessible when installed in the location originally recommended by Microsoft. The library concerned is called TAPIExCt.dll and is installed in the windows system path by the install software. The solution is to allow all users in the network group with access to Ava to have access to this dll.
