The web site allows authorised users to add new requests aka vacancies. As this can be done at any time of night or day for any authorised location by anyone with authorised access to the web site. Consequentially it may be useful to notify a line manager that a new request has been placed. An email can automatically be sent to any specified address. There are actually three possible actions that can be selected:
The action can easily be changed by anyone with a "Web
supervisor" authorised web site login.
Once you are logged in, you will see a "Web managers" menu.
From this menu select "setup web site".

Under the heading of "Manager set up" you will see a line "New
requirement notification".
Select the desired action and click "Save setup"
All requests will now follow the saved option.
