The software includes the use of an outlook style event journal,
which allows users to see what work is available over the next day,
week, or month and so forth. Each user has access to their own
individual journal, so they can see when they are personally
working and at which schools, and for how long etc. The journal
also has the ability to repeat events, for instance if a school
needed a supply teacher every Monday for a year, this could be
easily incorporated into the journal.
Events can be directly linked to a staff member or a specific
location. These events can be created for either an individual
member of staff, a specific group or all staff, and this depends on
the specific staffing requirements of each client.
