Nurse availability diary is directly accessed from anywhere in AvaPA. It is automatically displayed when making a phone call.
The window displays current availability for any selected date. Availability or absence can be updated by simply checking the box for the appropriate shift. Entire days can be marked as available with one selection.
If the window is opened whilst a particular requirement or booking is selected then text for an email or text message is automatically generated.
