Contracts
Customers have the option of multiple contracts at once, which
bear in mind both attendance requirement charges and pay scales.
They are very easy to use and are fast, saving any unneeded
hassle.
When selecting a potential place of work for an employee or vice
versa for a client, specific requirements will be matched. For
example the various times an employee is free to work.
Any essential additional information (which can be selected from
over sixty categories e.g. employee requirements) can also be
linked with the contract - this allows for an extreme amount of
flexibility, for both the employee and the client.
These combined features allow agencies to be pro-active and to
always be one step ahead when fulfilling their customer's
needs.
