Import and Export
The software can be easily linked to other programmes, such as
Sage accounting software, which allows for easy importing and
exporting of data. For example, payroll details can be exported to
a third party payroll company, or staff information can be imported
from Personnel or HR systems, and matched to existing staff
records. This allows for easy synchronisation and is particularly
cost-effective.
The software can produce detailed pay reports to supplement
payroll slips. This minimises unnecessary payroll queries and
improves agency-employee relations. The software also allows
payments to be processed after the month is up, for example
payments for February could also include the first week of
March.
The software is further able to export the data in various
formats, allowing for flexibility, and the production of detailed
reports.
One other feature of the software is that it can
automatically attach an image of a (signed) time sheet to the
appropriate invoice. This saves a lot of time and paper, and allows
staff to access all their payment information online at any time of
day.
