however this can be altered to best suit your company's needs. If
it would be a problem to have individual logins, then a general
login can be created. However, we want you to ensure you are
covering yourself under the Data Protection Act to avoid
unnecessary problems and misunderstanding, thus a high level of
security should be seen as particularly important.
