The latest release of AVA Agency staff bank software provided improved functionality it a number of areas:

AIMS, In addition to the standard report, Ava now has the ability to produce a single export for all NHS / AIMS / buying solutions returns.
The support article on how to set up AIMS returns has been update with some minor expansion and more detail on some steps as a result of user feedback.

Ava has now got a specific output report for the Safe Computing accountancy package

There a specific report which is configured for using the user defined (booking) fields for tracking the need for drivers delivering and collecting employees to customers.

Ava have been able to increase the free storage allowance from the current limits.

Previously the (free) database was limited in size to about 4GB. This meant the was space for around a quarter of a million shifts with over 12 thousand employees across 7 thousand departments. This has now been more than doubled so the free database version ( under licence from Microsoft ) now has a free capacilty of:

Half a million shifts:
with up to 20 thousand employees
across 12 thousand departments or locations.

These figures are based on measurements from actual current customer usage. This does not represent an absolutute limit to the size of data that can be stored. With optional upgrades from Microsoft these figuers can be increased well over a thousand times.

There is a new support article on setting up the AIMS bulk export from AVA temp staff software. It describes the nine steps necessary to populate the standard export from Ava Nurse bank software to the NHS Agency Information Management System AIMS as demanded by Buying Solutions
