In the latest update of AvaPA the TAPI (Telephone interface) has been extended. In simple terms, if you can dial out via Outlook, Sage, Windows dialer, Act or any other software: AvaPA now supports the full range of standard telephone interfaces available in Windows 2000, XP or Vista.
