AvaPA can now send to groups or multiple recipients. Once text messaging is set up: this is done in a very easy way. Text messaging and emails can now be sent via a central server for added security.
In the inventory screen select the names of those you want to text.
From the file menu select “Text” and the “Send SMS message…”
AvaPA will pop up a window which allows you to type in a text message, then press send.
If there are any of the selected names where a mobile number cannot be found on either the first address tab (phone or page/text entries) or any tab named “Mobile”, “Phone”, “Text”, “Txt”, “Main” or “Home” then a popup list will show and the message will be sent to the others with valid mobile (07) numbers
