A new version of our on line support software supplied by Citrix is now being used. The procedure for an online support session is the same as before. The first download may take a little longer the first time. With some anti-virus software there may be a (spurious) virus alarm. The new version is more compatible with Vista and provides improved teaching features. The settings for gateways, firewalls and routers do not need to be changed.
